One of the best places we ate at when visiting Bari & Puglia. So good that we visited this place twice. 10/10 based just on the price/quality. The atmosphere was intimate enough on the terrace - not too loud or too quiet. The servers were very nice and accomodating. As for the food, pictures cannot portrait the taste - but it was hands down among the best meals we had in Italy.

Peppo was an amazing experience. The food was delicious. The drinks and wine that Christian recommended was outstanding. Go and see Christian. He is a rapper in the making. The food was so amazing.🇮🇹🎉

Visited Peppo in Bari — the food was great! The orecchiette with tomatoes was hands down the best I've ever had. The carbonara pasta was also delicious. The only downside was the atmosphere — the place felt a bit deserted, with only three tables occupied, which made it feel a little quiet for such a great spot. Still, the food definitely made up for it. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic pasta!

Literally the best pasta I've ever tasted! Our group dinner was just pure delight full of delicious food. Staff is very kind and helpful. Gosh, that pasta was the best pasta I've ever had! Definitely recommend!

If you're dreaming of carbonara, you have to try this place. The amount of cheese makes it a bit salty, but we like it that way. We also ordered the pasta with lobster. A true masterpiece of flavor and aroma. Highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared, the atmosphere was cozy and full of charm, and the chef was outstanding. Everything together made our visit unforgettable – highly recommended!

Good place for business lunch and tourist to taste typical recipes of Puglia made with genuine ingredients and well prepared, at the right price. The orecchiette with rape and anchovies deserved a special mention. The service was quick, which is important when you have just one hour. There is a good selection of beers and wines.

Fabulous meal. Great choice of fish and pasta and reasonably priced. Was nice not to walk into the old centro for a change. Service excellent. More polished and slightly more expensive than some other restaurants we visited but well worth it and still super cheap vs. value for money!
Very friendly service, good quality of food! Delicious fish soup and pasta! Only the Pasta Carbonara was a bit too salty. For the rest it was perfect! Best food we had in Puglia in two weeks.

We walked in around 1.30pm on May Day, managed to snag a table for 2 right next to entrance (place was packed).
We had the Seafood Stew (Squid, Tuna, +1 more fish ~ outstanding), Twice Cooked Octopus (Grilled Octopus) and Fried Squid in Foil (Deep Fried Squid) were good, although i would skip the fried squid for 2 pax seating (as portion is large). The tuna we had in the stew was still fork tender and juicy, one of the better versions we have in stew format.
